This indoor cycling/rhythm cycling training is designed to allow even the most skilled coach a chance to tap into the extra 1%, while developing an understanding of how music selection and understanding, preparation and practice and simplifying the work can create an elevated indoor cycling experience with every class.
This Indoor Cycling Training is open to those who currently coach or are looking to become a coach.
Expect a mix of both lessons and practical work. Participants should plan to ride often and should consider bringing multiple changes of clothes for comfort and even their own snacks should you need something quick or have food preferences. While not all participants will be able to take part in the practical part of the training, when asked we encourage you to take this opportunity to put your learnings to the test while you have the full attention and support of our team.
To get the most out of this training, we ask that you come with pre-planned questions and an open mind to the experiences of the other participants. This will ensure the training is a safe place where all feel comfortable to share and try without judgment.
15 Hours of Training: 12pm-5pm (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) with Founder, Kristina Girod.
6 Advanced Credits: Use these credits to book into classes each day before training starts to see real classes and get the full experience.
Light Snacks: Snacks to refuel will be provided.
30 Days of On Demand: A 30-day free trial of workouts you can take from anywhere!
Flights: Participants will need to take care of their own travel arrangements.
Hotel Stay: Participants will need to take care of their own hotel stay.
Main Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will not be provided.
Spin Shoes: Our bikes are both SPD and Delta clip compatible.
